Ever have a song get under your skin so bad that you can't stop playing it, singing it, and hearing it in your head? That's what happened to me today as I was working on my next mix. I wanted to work in Marvin Gaye and Diana Ross's "My Mistake (Was To Love You)" and it's such an infectious song that I couldn't wait for the mix to be finished to share it with you.
The song was released in 1974 on the duet album
Diana & Marvin. It was written by Gloria Jones and Pam Sawyer, also known for writing Gladys Knight's hit "If I Were Your Woman".
Enjoy.
